Workplace Investigator

Job Summary

Conducting timely and thorough workplace investigations, the full-time remote Workplace Investigator will provide guidance to HR peers and business leaders while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fair and unbiased workplace investigations in accordance with company policies
• Provide outcomes and recommendations to business leaders, supporting them with insights from investigations
• Record all case information accurately and participate in process improvement efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four or more years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations
• Workplace Certification held or in progress
• Expert-level knowledge of company policies and teammate relations best practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Oracle
• Strong organizational and time management skills
