WV Licensed Therapist

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated WV Licensed Therapist, the full-time position will provide individualized clinical services to at-risk youth and families, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated services responsive to individual needs

Required qualifications

• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
• At least 1 year of experience in child welfare services
• A valid professional Master's level, provisional, or full license in social work, therapy, or counseling
• Understanding of cultural influences on human behavior
• Ability to foster respectful partnerships with clients and their families
