Job Summary

Overseeing daily agent licensing operations, the remote Department Supervisor, Agent Licensing will manage departmental staff, ensure the accuracy of licensing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and resolve operational challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily agent licensing operations, including staff assignments and performance monitoring
• Manage agent appointment and licensing transactions across multiple insurance subsidiaries
• Conduct process reviews and audits to improve departmental productivity and efficiency

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a college degree preferred
• Previous supervisory experience in a relevant field
• Insurance industry experience, preferably in agent licensing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
