Job Summary
To support a high-volume pharmacy services environment, the remote Lead Pharmacy Technician will provide operational and team leadership, mentor pharmacy staff, and ensure quality performance and workflow efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and support team performance
- Mentor, train, and develop pharmacy technician staff to enhance their skills

Required qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with pharmacy systems and computer-based applications
