Job Summary
To support a proposed State of Wyoming resource augmentation engagement, the full-time onsite or hybrid Programmer/Developer Analyst 3 will independently develop, maintain, and modernize applications while collaborating with business users and technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document web applications
- Develop solutions using Java, C#, .NET, or VB.NET, and work with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
- Evaluate user requests, estimate technical feasibility, and support application migrations and platform modernization
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of hands-on software development experience
- Demonstrated experience with relevant technologies and responsibilities
- Ability to manage complex development tasks independently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
