Yardi Implementation Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of Yardi software implementation projects, the full-time Yardi Implementation Project Manager will manage all project facets including budget, schedule, and stakeholder communication while collaborating with functional SMEs and clients to ensure successful software adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of the Yardi implementation project, including budget, schedule, resourcing, procurement, quality, and risk
- Develop and maintain the project charter, scope of work, milestones, and RAID log
- Coordinate across workstreams to identify interdependencies and remove roadblocks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, focusing on IT/enterprise software implementations
- Direct experience managing a Yardi implementation, upgrade, or major module rollout preferred
- Experience managing data conversion projects
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft 365
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
