Yield Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Campaign Management & Yield Optimization, the Yield Manager will focus on yield analysis and strategy for the Precision product, managing dashboards, designing frameworks for data elevation and ad delivery, and providing data-driven recommendations, all while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own yield strategy, including pricing guidance, ad delivery, and demand allocation
• Design packaging frameworks and define end-to-end deal operations from setup through optimization
• Run structured experiments and build forecasting models to quantify revenue and margin impacts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in yield management, publisher ad ops, or programmatic monetization with direct deal optimization ownership
• 5+ years of experience in Google Ad Manager, including key-value setup and reporting
• Hands-on SSP deal setup experience and deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystems
• Proven portfolio-level yield experience with rate cards and packaging
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools; SQL preferred
