Youth Development Training Specialist
Job Summary
Providing training, coaching, and technical assistance, the full-time remote Youth Development Sr. Training and TA Specialist will support the implementation of youth development programs, facilitate training sessions, and enhance program quality through continuous improvement efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead training and technical assistance efforts to strengthen the implementation of evidence-based programs
- Support fidelity monitoring and provide feedback on program implementation to enhance quality
- Develop and refine training materials and resources to align with youth development principles and practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, social work, or youth development
- Five or more years of experience in designing and delivering curriculum-based training for youth-serving programs
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices and adult learning approaches
- Experience in leading curriculum implementation and facilitator training
- Ability to assess implementation quality and provide actionable feedback
