Owning the creative direction of a high-volume YouTube channel, the full-time YouTube Manager will develop engaging long-form videos, manage upload operations, and optimize content to drive subscriber growth and client acquisition in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the creative direction of video packaging, including titles and thumbnails, in collaboration with the editing and design teams
- Manage the complete upload process, ensuring compliance with editorial and technical standards

Required qualifications
