A company is looking for a Backend Engineer for their Zeebee Automation Process Engineering team.

- Engage in architectural discussions to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability of Zeebe
- Craft clean, modular Java code, participate in code reviews, and optimize performance of Zeebe
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with strong Java skills
- Ability to take ownership of the codebase and deploy and operate software
- Understanding of distributed system concepts and experience with code reviews and teamwork
- Clear communication skills and ability to write technical documentation
- High degree of curiosity and passion for the role
