Knowledge of GSE, FHA guidelines and HVCC. Proficiency with all appraisal types. Ability to analyze data, draw sound conclusions and summarize results in a clear and coherent fashion. Certified residential and FHA-approved appraiser.
Position Requirements Include: Travel to bank sites throughout the year to balance conversion data. Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time should be expected. High school diploma required. Technical ability as well as strong customer service skills required.
