Core Responsibilities Include: Creating and delivering employee data analyses and reporting to Talent Analytics leaders and Human Capital Partners. Interpreting the results of data analyses and developing appropriate conclusions and recommendations.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Develop analytical plans including determining types of data needed, optimal study design and appropriate statistical analysis. Perform analyses to determine effectiveness and ways to improve clinical programs.
Assisting in collecting student data and maintain accurate and complete documentation. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Master's level degree or higher in a communication disorder related field. Active ASHA certification. Active License in the state of Maine.
Use data to analyze key cost, utilization and quality data and interpret results to assess the performance of the practice. Qualifications Include: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience with network data management in a managed care environment. 2+ years of experience in provider data analysis. 2+ years experience with claims processing or resolution and medical coding. 1+ years of experience working with reporting tools and generating effective reports.
Preparing reports and analyzing data in order to coach team to meet metrics successfully. Qualifications Include: Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling OR Licensed Ph. D / PsyD, or an RN with psychiatric experience.
