Required Skills: BA in Early Childhood Education or Administration. 8 - 10+ years related experience. 5+ years experience in a management position. Head Start/Early Head Start/Child Care Partnership experience. Ability to lead and manage staff/projects in a virtual environment.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability in handling multiple priorities, project management and meeting deadlines. Ability to proactively monitor and adjust activities to respond to changing circumstances.
