10 – 15 years of retirement industry/humanresources experience. Strong client management experience and skills. Deep technical knowledge of plan design features for 401(k) and non-qualified. Knowledge of ERISA plans, legal and regulatory framework, and industry trends.
Bachelor’s Degree with knowledge of HumanResource and Organizational Development. 10+ years of relevant work experience with 4 years of team management experience. Strong personal passion for the education sector. Demonstrated experience tackling tough issues.
Bachelor's Degree in a health related field. 5 years of case management experience with at least 1 year focused on the elderly or disabled population. 9 years of professional human service experience. Intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
5+ years inpatient coding experience at a tertiary care facility. RHIA or RHIT required. Certified Coding Specialist-CCS (AHIMA) Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, human anatomy & physiology, and clinical disease processes. Must meet all other listed company requirements.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration: High school diploma. 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience. 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people. Leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.
Skills and Requirements Include: 5+ years of professional experience in Business Operations. Bachelor degree in finance, business operations, humanresource or related field. Data management and organizational skills with an eye for detail. Responsible for vendor and contract management.
Extensive working knowledge of and experience with credit regulations. 7+ years in a management/leadership role overseeing >100 employees. Strong self-management, discipline, drive, integrity, and organization. Pragmatic problem-solving, versatility and resourcefulness.
8+ years successful sales experience. 3+ years leading successful technology, HR resources, ITM or HCM sales teams to above-quota performance. A track record of exceeding company sales quotas. Experience managing remote teams preferred. All other requirements necessary for this position.
