At least 10 years of experience in humanresources, finance, administrative, or operations roles. Experience in working in a nonprofit or campaign setting. Demonstrated ability and commitment to working with people from a variety of backgrounds. Strong administrative skills.
Must be able to: Develop and allocate resources, perform employee reviews and evaluations, participate in strategic deals. Work with their team members to solve difficult problems, and coordinating product team and partner resources.
Seasoned sales executive with a quantifiable track record of generating revenue. Demonstrated success as an individual contributor. Ability to provide leadership and vision in a complex and dynamic environment. Ability to make resource allocation decisions.
Strong clinical knowledge of broad range of medical practice settings. Knowledge of state and federal laws and resources, especially Medicare. Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills. Knowledge of utilization and case management principles.
