Influencing and aligning technology and analytics people and system resources against agreed upon roadmaps. Qualifications for this position include: BS/ BA degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years successful sales experience. 3+ years leading successful technology, HR resources, ITM or HCM sales teams to above-quota performance. A track record of exceeding company sales quotas. Experience managing remote teams preferred. All other requirements necessary for this position.
10+ years within the automotive industry. Computer literacy including competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Past experience or understanding of automotive retail operations. Ability to manage regional resource, budgets and policy. Other requirements as outlined in the job description.
