An internet marketing company is in need of a Telecommute Legal Marketing Content Writer. Core Responsibilities of this position include: Developing informative, engaging, well-researched content for the clients’ websites.
Experience and application of PM processes and financial management. Ability to comprehend legal documents such as, but not limited to, legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title policies, subordination, and CAD drawings.
Ensuring the company complies with all national, multi-state and local legal statutes and employment laws. Collaborating with Compliance Manager on policy and procedure compliance. Skills and Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business or a related field.
Holds an active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance. A keen interest in and high level experience in real estate compliance activities. Proven track record of managing a medium to large brokerage firm.
Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions. Manage and implement the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual state brokerage operations manuals. Position Requirements Include:
Ability to build and scale a team. Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Engineering, and Marketing teams. 10 years of experience, at least four of which that involve negotiating, building, and maintaining technical partnerships.
Performing contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance with transactions. Acting in the capacity of the state Principal Broker. Qualifications for this position include: Willingness and ability to travel within the state. Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
Identify and sponsor performance improvement projects. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in software services, or equivalent. Legal authorization to work in the U. S. Prior experience with Centricity EDI preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Program Management, or Contracts. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to use information or access hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Working knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements. Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction. Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
