Job Summary

A company is looking for a 911 Accuracy Coordinator 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform wireline subscriber data maintenance and data entry according to departmental procedures
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in data updates for call routing
  • Act as the point of contact for account customers and end users through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two years of clerical, data entry, or customer service experience required
  • Experience in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
