Access and Experience Managing Director

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is seeking an Access and Experience Managing Director.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for the business unit and align it with the broader organizational vision, strategy, and financial goals
• Directly manage a 40+ consultant business unit and ensure consultant utilization, achieve sales targets, and manage project budgets and profit margin
• Develop and implement plans, programs, projects, or systems that drive the achievement of major goals and monitor strategic and financial performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Level

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of management and/or leadership experience in healthcare operations and technology consulting
• Prior leadership experience at a company of comparable size or complexity
• Expert skills in strategic planning, business strategy development and implementation, operational fiscal management, employee management and engagement
• Demonstrated success in client project delivery, including creation of executive-level deliverables
• An understanding of the importance and value of diversity, recognizing and embracing the differences that arise from varying backgrounds, life experiences, beliefs, and perspectives
