Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with organizing client deliverables and tracking project timelines
- Support client communication by taking notes during calls and preparing materials for meetings
- Facilitate collaboration between departments and ensure clear communication within the team
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in account coordination, marketing, project management, or related fields
- Previous remote work experience with the ability to work 6 hours overlap in the 9-5 PST
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Interest in digital marketing and a desire for growth in the industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms and project management tools is a plus
