Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success/Account Management
  • 5+ years of working knowledge in healthcare benefits/pharmacy benefits/commercial health insurance
  • Positive mindset and ability to solve problems collaboratively
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
