Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth
- Present products and services to corporate accounts and identify new sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in last-mile logistics or supply chain operations
- Background in a software company, particularly with SaaS products in a B2B environment
- Previous sales experience with a focus on account growth and quota-carrying responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
