Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive monthly growth by upselling Hotel Engine across the existing customer base
  • Generate new business opportunities within the account base to meet and exceed target quotas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes and support existing account expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in B2B sales
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales technologies preferred
  • Ability to drive a consultative sales approach to improve retention and capture additional opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of retaining and expanding the existing customer base
  • Strong business acumen to partner with customers to drive solutions to their business problems
