Account Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational calls, client meetings, and requests, and provide solutions to address client needs
- Be the first-tier support for pharmacy benefit shop users and ensure change requests are submitted and confirmed
- Track client deliverables and needs, develop dashboards and reports, and prepare client reports
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Computer Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an account manager or in a related position
- Project coordination experience
- Experience in handling client relations and providing excellent customer service
- Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management, Health Care, and Insurance (nice to have)
