Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational calls, client meetings, and requests, and provide solutions to address client needs
  • Be the first-tier support for pharmacy benefit shop users and ensure change requests are submitted and confirmed
  • Track client deliverables and needs, develop dashboards and reports, and prepare client reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Computer Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an account manager or in a related position
  • Project coordination experience
  • Experience in handling client relations and providing excellent customer service
  • Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management, Health Care, and Insurance (nice to have)
