Accounting Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Accounting Operations Manager based in the US, with the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct accounting and operations support activities, including HR/payroll administration
• Manage and oversee internal accounting administration and operations teams
• Coordinate training programs for new staff and identify training needs for current staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• Six or more years of related experience required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
• Proficiency in accounting and tax preparation software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
