Accounts Payable and Receivable Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivables Accountant to manage full-cycle AP and AR processes while supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and invoicing
• Reconcile accounts and resolve financial discrepancies
• Generate and share reports for different departments

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office
• At least 2 years of experience in AP/AR or similar financial roles
• College diploma or university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
