Accounts Receivable Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for an Accounts Receivable Revenue Cycle Management Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

• Submit claims to payors and resolve issues to ensure claim payment
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and produce reports as needed
• Assist with the collection of receivables by monitoring accounts receivables and resubmitting bills to overdue accounts

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years' experience of revenue cycle management or billing experience in the healthcare field
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Managed Care Organization (MCO) billing practices
• Experience with billing in an Electronic Data Interchange/3rd party clearinghouse environment
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications
