Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services, or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
- Adobe certifications preferred (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert - AEP Architect)
- Proven experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, AJO, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics
- Hands-on expertise in data integration and audience segmentation
- Experience working in agile environments with business and marketing stakeholders
