Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Head of Agile Delivery Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to the CTO, translating executive priorities into actionable delivery strategies
- Drive quarterly SAFe planning, ensuring cross-functional alignment across teams
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, with expertise in Scrum and SAFe
- 5+ years of experience in management or organizational change leadership
- SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant, or equivalent)
- Experience refining and implementing Agile processes at scale
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
