AML Project Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an AML Project Manager to oversee projects related to the Enterprise AML Department's strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for new product offerings and remediation efforts, ensuring effective AML controls
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project execution and maintain project artifacts
- Oversee the implementation of AML systems and evaluate operational processes for regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a relevant field
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or risk management
- Experience with large-scale technical projects and familiarity with BSA/AML processes and systems
- PMP or CAMS/CFE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within one year
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
