Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and resolve client's technical issues and provide quick high-quality resolutions
- Assist customers in troubleshooting challenges and implementing standard product features
- Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, escalating to internal teams when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in L2/L3 production support environment with strong debugging skills
- Experience managing critical customer issues and delivering creative solutions in a timely manner
- At least 2 years of experience with agile development methodology and tools
- Experience in Salesforce.com environment, including workflows, triggers, custom objects, etc
- Strong hands-on knowledge in writing highly optimized and bulkified Apex trigger and Classes
