A company is looking for a Mainframe Application Support (z/OS) specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT incident, service change, and service management processes to ensure smooth operations
- Perform problem management activities and develop solutions to improve IT service quality
- Administer Control-M for zOS applications, including installation, configuration, and integration
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a mainframe environment within a large enterprise or equivalent education and experience
- Preferred college degree
- Working knowledge of IT incident management, service change management, and IT service management
- Experience with Control-M (zOS and distributed) application administration
- Understanding of a large-scale 24/7 production environment
