Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy 340B Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the 340B program, ensuring compliance and effective utilization
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the 340B program
- Conduct audits and monitor 340B participation, reporting findings to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy (Doctorate preferred) for Pharmacist role
- Associates in Business, Healthcare, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) for Pharmacy Technician role
- Arizona State Board of Pharmacist License for Pharmacist role
- Licensed with State Board of Pharmacy and certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board for Pharmacy Technician role
- 1 - 3 years of experience, preferably with a 340B covered entity
