Washington State 340B Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 340B Program Manager responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the 340B program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate daily audits and reviews of 340B activity within pharmacies and hospital departments
• Identify and implement cost-savings opportunities in collaboration with the purchasing team
• Support audit preparation and response efforts, maintaining compliance with HRSA and organizational standards

Required Qualifications

• Eligible for Washington State Pharmacy Technician License
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 3 years of leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• 5 years of technical experience, preferably in pharmacy supply chain activities
• 3+ years of 340B DSH related experience
