Washington State 340B Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a 340B Program Manager responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the 340B program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate daily audits and reviews of 340B activity within pharmacies and hospital departments
- Identify and implement cost-savings opportunities in collaboration with the purchasing team
- Support audit preparation and response efforts, maintaining compliance with HRSA and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- Eligible for Washington State Pharmacy Technician License
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- 3 years of leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- 5 years of technical experience, preferably in pharmacy supply chain activities
- 3+ years of 340B DSH related experience
