Assistant Buyer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Buyer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in web merchandising alignment with product features and ensure accurate product information
- Track and manage samples from vendors and collaborate with the creative team for timely product presentation
- Develop and maintain merchandise assortment while analyzing sales trends and implementing pricing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Retail Store or Merchandise Buying, or Merchandising
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build strong partnerships and negotiate with vendors and internal teams
- BS/BA Degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or Fashion Buying
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system preferred
