Assistant Director of Automation Engineering
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Automation Engineering for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant to departmental leadership in the development and management of unit services and administrative functions
- Create and execute test automation scripts, ensuring the integrity of production solutions on the enterprise data platform
- Identify and implement quality engineering process improvements and champion best practices in testing among development teams
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of professional work experience in Automation
- Expertise in SQL, with knowledge of Python preferred
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Snowflake
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with Enterprise Database technologies and test automation frameworks
