A company is looking for a Director IT Quality Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test automation best practices and strategies
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders to ensure consistent test automation within the SDLC/Agile process
- Manage team performance, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of relevant Information Technology experience
- 8+ years of experience leading teams in multiple locations, including offshore
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or cloud-native technologies preferred
- Strong foundational knowledge in quality engineering practices and test automation
