Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Registrar - External Credit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the external credit/study abroad database and evaluate institutions for accreditation and credit standards
  • Process external credit petitions and ensure proper grades and equivalencies are added to the student information system
  • Assist with processes for pathway students, including reviewing course equivalencies and grading


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is recommended
  • 1-2 years of experience with student external or transfer credit
  • Experience with a student information system, preferably Banner
  • Familiarity with state and federal laws, including FERPA
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows and support diverse constituents
