Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Registrar - External Credit.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the external credit/study abroad database and evaluate institutions for accreditation and credit standards
- Process external credit petitions and ensure proper grades and equivalencies are added to the student information system
- Assist with processes for pathway students, including reviewing course equivalencies and grading
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is recommended
- 1-2 years of experience with student external or transfer credit
- Experience with a student information system, preferably Banner
- Familiarity with state and federal laws, including FERPA
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows and support diverse constituents
