Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Organization Effectiveness to drive talent management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define and evolve talent management strategies
  • Design career pathing frameworks and create resources for employee development
  • Leverage data to inform program design and measure the impact of organizational initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development
  • Experience designing and implementing job architectures and talent programs
  • Proven success in leading talent strategy projects in large organizations
  • Familiarity with talent systems and data-driven program management
