Associate Product Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the voice of the customer in the agile process, participating in sessions with customers to gain deeper understanding of problems and proposing creative solutions
- Review and respond to reported issues, prioritize them with stakeholders, and adjust roadmaps and iteration plans accordingly
- Assist in creating guides/videos for feature releases, training customers and internal users, and conducting acceptance testing prior to rollout
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or similar field (experience matters more than school)
- Experience in SaaS software, project management, and working with multiple teams/departments
- Knowledge of Jira/Azure DevOps and Productboard or similar roadmap tools
- Experience with Agile methodology and working in or with public tax & accounting firms is a plus
- Certifications such as CPA/CIA/CMA/CFE or Certified Scrum Product Owner/SAFe PM/PO are a plus
