Key Responsibilities
- Oversee performance and optimize workflows within the call center
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and manage team workload effectively
- Audit team members' work and collaborate with QA and Trainers for staff development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1 year of team lead management experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields
- Experience in verifying insurance eligibility and coverage
- Previous supervisory experience of remote staff
