Associate Testing Analyst

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Associate Testing Analyst for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute testing processes for system enhancements and new products and processes
• Create and execute unit testing processes for quality audits of vendor contracts
• Serve as a liaison between system end users and the IT team

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience in service center claims processing or managed care operational role
• 1 year of recent and related system processing, payment, and benefits experience
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology, claims, cost containment, coordination of benefits, and diagnosis coding
• Experience with QNXT managed care is preferred
