Job Summary
A company is looking for an Audit and Regulatory Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, gathering documentation and following up on requests
- Provide oversight for recommendations and remediation strategies related to internal audits and regulatory findings
- Monitor legislation and regulations impacting operations, and contribute to special projects related to audit and compliance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the life and annuity industry with a focus on audit and regulatory oversight
- Understanding of audit methodologies and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
