Audit Bench Supervisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Audit Bench Supervisor who will organize and supervise a team of ROI Audit specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and allocate daily workflow to Audit Bench ROI Specialists
- Process medical ROI requests and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
- Provide training suggestions and handle staff scheduling and performance documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- RHIT certification preferred
- At least 4 years of medical record experience, with a preference for audit experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
