PAP Supervisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, PAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and measure operational flow by assigning tasks to staff and ensuring compliance with standards
- Evaluate performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to staff
- Manage department budget, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of quality audit programs
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- Two years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or related fields
- Experience in management within a Medicare certified HME or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
