Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Credentialing to oversee the credentialing operations and manage staff performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the credentialing and re-credentialing process for assigned business units
- Investigate and resolve complex credentialing issues while ensuring quality benchmarks are met
- Provide training to team members and facilitate Credentialing Committee meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of combined management and provider data management experience
- Experience in credentialing or healthcare operations, preferably in a managed care or insurance environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with audit preparation and reviews related to credentialing
