Audit Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Supervisor to oversee coding policy and procedures, manage audit resources, and develop goals and objectives for compliance and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, allocate, and manage audit resources in accordance with established guidelines
• Develop goals and objectives related to compliance, data quality, team development, and financial performance
• Manage and develop audit schedule and plan, and provide timely and complete data reports

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified Coder Specialist (CCS), Certified Procedural Coder (CPC), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
• Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience
• Minimum of 2 years of coding experience in outpatient/ambulatory care or inpatient acute care
• Familiarity with ICD-10-CM, CPT-4 coding, and payment methodologies
