Required Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Connect development
- Proficiency in AWS Connect, LEX, Node.js, DynamoDB, and basic knowledge of TypeScript and React
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in self-service call flows and complex systems/database integrations
