BaaS Program Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager I - BaaS Program Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational tasks related to the BaaS Program, including cash settlements and account reconciliation
• Manage and supervise Program Operations staff while ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Develop efficiencies and maintain department procedures while interfacing with other departments and BaaS partners

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the Fintech, BaaS, or Banking industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience in managing operational tasks and supervising staff; 3+ years preferred
• Strong understanding of BaaS operations and financial regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with relational database systems preferred
