Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the Fintech, BaaS, or Banking industry
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience in managing operational tasks and supervising staff; 3+ years preferred
- Strong understanding of BaaS operations and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with relational database systems preferred
