Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Delivery Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit delivery orders and exception reports to identify and resolve problems
  • Advise teammates and delivery providers on necessary actions to execute the business plan
  • Analyze requests from teammates, providing approvals or alternative solutions to ensure customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of office/clerical experience with customer relations and problem resolution
  • Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early morning hours as needed
  • Knowledge of computers and Microsoft products
  • Data entry skills meeting department requirements; 50 words per minute
